i had the avacado and salmon roll(their stripped down alaska roll i assume), and the spicy tuna and spicy salmon...i enjoyed it, and will go back(though, she goops the sauces on the rolls a little too much)..i was annoyed at the wait...there were only 3 customers(took her a half hour)...the miso soup was a tad watery(needed more salt or flavor)...the design of the restaurant was a little weird(maybe cause i have past visions of the china king buffet.)..i ate at bar, and, there is plastic that needs to be removed from it....you'll know if you sit there...there is a plastic covering on the wood(now im nitpicking.)

anyway, im pleased they are around. i will go back...the only thing i should have done was brought a six back down from shorties to make the wait a little more eventful/interesting.

On a roll

Now that they've had a couple of weeks under their sushi belt, TK's Sushi House is on a roll. I can only speak to their vegetarian options, but the avocado roll and edamame are good, and the ice cream tempura is divine So, get a bottle of sake or some sapporo and head to TK's. Nice to have a choice besides pizza, wings or fries in Kutztown.
