If you're looking for good grilled meat, local meat(local to the Kutztown area), I suggest stopping at CC's Wooden Grille. After driving by this little outdoor and indoor establishment many times, I finally decided to go in. The cook, Colin, is a nice guy who knows what he is doing behind the grille. He knows his meats and grilles and seasonings. He showed me around the place and also showed me the cut of meat that was used to make my sandwich (and explained the process).

I ordered the sirloin steak sandwich. Honestly, I'm not a big steak sandwich person, but, I will go back for more of this. It was done perfectly, it was tender, and flavored just right. The bun was toasted nicely too.

If you're travelling through Kutztown or live here already, you should check this place out. And, if you enjoy alcoholic beverages, you may bring your own bottle.
