Tim did a pig roast for my son's 21st birthday.  Tim did a great job and the experience from start to finish exceeded all my expectations.  Tim met with me in person and arranged everything.  A 170 pound pig was cooked and in my yard complete with tent and serving line in less than 4 days from our meeting.  The pig was whole per my request and looked fabulous.  The pork BBQ Tim made was superb as were all the trimings.   Tim served the meal and stayed for serveral hours.  My wife and I just collected complements as Tim did all the work.  We had 60 college kids give glowing recommendations about how good the presenation was and how delicious the food was.  If you want a pig roast or a pork BBQ picnic, I highly recommend Tim's BBQ.
