comments: I first met Tim at a festival in Saugerties, New York in 2008. I was a little hesitant to try his roasted pork, but being I love it so much I decided to give it a try. I was amazed at how GREAT it was. I chatted for a few minutes with Tim about the process and length of time it took to do such a roast. He was more than willing to answer any and all questions that I threw at him. I left the festival and was already anticipating seeing him the following year, just to chat with such a friendly individual and to enjoy some more of his roasted pork. Much to my disappointment, the weather prevented me from doing so. Although there was another festival in Bethlehem, Connecticut that I knew Tim said he also attended. I made it a point to be at that festival. I went to the festival and upon driving alongside it to the entrance , I spotted Tim inside doing his specialty. After entering the festival , the first place I went was to Tim's tent. I said hello and apologized that I didn't get to see him in New York, but made it a point to be in Behtlehem to see him and enjoy his delicious wares. I ate heartily and we chatted for quite some time. Tim informed me that he does catering and roasting for any occassion, and that he does the festivals in a 300 mile radius from his home town. Which is in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. This gentleman is very hospitable,and courteous which I find very unique that many other people in his position lack. After only meeting him once before, he offered a drink and was willing to chat for a while, inbetween keeping his pork roasting and supplying his tent with food to the visitors of the event. I again had to compliment him on his EXCEPTIONAL job of his roasting abilities, which I am sure he has heard numerous time. If anyone within his delivery range is thinking of having a pig roasted for an event, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tim to be the one to do it for you. You will not be disappointed in the results that you recieve. I am so pleased with Tim's professionalism and his roasting abilities, that I inquired about how to contact him so that he may roast a pig for me personally. I am so PLEASED with this gentlemans capabilities, that I am willing to drive four hours just to purchase his roasted pork. IT IS THAT EXCEPTIONAL ! ! ! ! ! I am also glad to say that I have met a man of his stature, and consider him an exceptional friend. Sincerely, Kevin and Patricia
