My husband and I found this place recently, and it's now become our favorite for sushi!    We live in Bethlehem so it's also very convenient.  Enormous selection of sushi, and the chef will make modifications to just about anything.  Everything is delicious and fresh.  The restaurant is very clean and has a great, fun atmosphere.  The wait staff is SO friendly and helpful, and the owner is always there, too.  He's also very friendly and chats with the guests.    It's a BYO and there is nothing better to have fantastic sushi and your favorite bottle of wine!  We HIGHLY recommend this place!!!
