Went in Cafe Expresso and ordered a breakfast crossiant and a coffe to go. As I'm waiting for my sandwich I look back in the kitchen and the lady that is cooking my sandwich has a piece of cheese hanging out of her mouth. She realizes I'm looking at her, she put's it down on the counter and continues to cook the eggs then she picks up the piece of cheese and puts it on the eggs " then hand's the sandwich to me"! Are you kidding me??? I didn't say anything because I was so stunned!!! As driving back to Red River where I live I threw my sandwich out the window!

So, tell me how you can have people like this working in a food enviroment?? I think I will call the health department while I'm at it and send a letter to the owner.  I've worked in a resturaunt but this is uncalled for.  Look out for the spanish lady wearing black nikes with a blue stripe on them. She may want to put your cheese in her mouth to!  Kim
